Our anti-eccentrically-wear sucker rods produced by our company have the stable quality and excellent performance.
In oil production, a very great loss has been resulted from the serious wear of the sucker rod and the tubing. To solve this problem, our company developed the anti-eccentrically-wear sucker rod. We can conveniently connect the centralizer to the rod with the rational length gained by calculating and designing. The centralizer is used in the direct flow channel and a surface treatment will be made for the sucker rod to make it have a high wear hardness and corrosion-resistant so that the centralizer can be assembled on it. In oil production, the centralizer will have a thermal expansion that make it fixed to the tubing and change the friction between the sucker rod and tubing into the friction between the sucker rod and the centralizer .And then, the tubing is protected from wearing.
With the application of the anti-eccentrically-wear sucker rod, not only the tubing gets a well protection and its service lifetime increases, but also the frequency of well repair is reduced and the oil production cost has a decrease than before.
